طلب حذف حساب Assada

لطلب حذف حسابك في تطبيق Assada والبيانات المرتبطة به:

1. أرسل بريداً إلى mohammedbendalla22@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف حساب Assada».
2. اذكر رمز الموظف واسم جهة العمل.
3. سنتحقق من الطلب مع جهة العمل، وننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يوماً.

ما الذي يُحذف

• بيانات الحساب (الاسم، رمز الموظف، كلمة المرور).
• ربط الجهاز (معرّف الجهاز وطرازه).
• سجلات الحضور والمواقع المرتبطة بها، إلا ما يلزم صاحب العمل الاحتفاظ به قانونياً (مثل سجلات الرواتب)، ويُحتفظ به فقط للمدة المطلوبة.

Request deletion of your Assada account

To request deletion of your Assada account and its associated data:

1. Email mohammedbendalla22@gmail.com with the subject "Assada account deletion".
2. Include your employee code and your employer's name.
3. We will verify the request with your employer and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Account data (name, employee code, password).
• Device binding (device identifier and model).
• Attendance records and their locations, except records your employer is legally required to keep (such as payroll records), which are kept only for the required period.
