سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق Assada

تطبيق Assada مخصص لتسجيل حضور وانصراف الموظفين في مواقع العمل. يستخدمه موظفو الجهات التي تعتمد نظام Assada، ويُنشئ حسابات الموظفين صاحبُ العمل. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق وكيفية استخدامها.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم ورمز الموظف وكلمة المرور، ويُدخلها صاحب العمل. تُحفظ كلمة المرور مشفّرة ولا يمكن الاطلاع عليها.
• الموقع الجغرافي: يُقرأ فقط لحظة تسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف وأثناء استخدام التطبيق، للتأكد من وجودك في موقع العمل. لا يتتبع التطبيق موقعك في الخلفية ولا في أي وقت آخر. نسجل الإحداثيات ودقتها، وما إذا كان الجهاز قد أبلغ عن موقع وهمي.
• معرّف الجهاز: معرّف الجهاز (Android ID أو معرّف المورّد في iOS) وطراز الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، لربط حساب الموظف بجهاز واحد ومنع تسجيل الحضور نيابة عن الآخرين.
• سجلات الحضور: وقت التسجيل وموقع العمل ونوع التسجيل (حضور أو انصراف).
• الكاميرا وNFC: تُستخدم الكاميرا فقط لقراءة رمز QR الخاص بموقع العمل، ويُستخدم NFC لقراءة بطاقة الموقع. لا تُحفظ الصور ولا تُرسل.

ما لا نفعله

• لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
• لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات أو أدوات تتبع أو تحليلات من أطراف ثالثة.
• لا نجمع جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الملفات من جهازك.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

نستخدم البيانات فقط لتسجيل الحضور والانصراف، والتحقق من صحة التسجيل (الموقع والجهاز)، وتمكين صاحب العمل من إدارة الحضور وإعداد التقارير. يطّلع على بياناتك صاحب العمل الذي أنشأ حسابك.

التخزين والحماية

تُرسل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُخزّن على خوادم مؤمّنة في أوروبا. قد يحتفظ التطبيق مؤقتاً بسجلات الحضور على جهازك عند انقطاع الإنترنت، ثم يرسلها عند عودة الاتصال.

مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال فترة استخدام صاحب العمل للنظام، أو حسب ما تتطلبه القوانين. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك من صفحة حذف الحساب، أو بالتواصل مع صاحب العمل.

الأطفال

التطبيق مخصص للموظفين، وليس موجهاً للأطفال دون 18 عاماً.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر أي تغيير على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

Assada Privacy Policy

Assada is an attendance app for employees at work sites. It is used by employees of organizations that use the Assada system, and employee accounts are created by the employer. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, employee code and password, provided by your employer. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read.
• Location: read only at the moment you check in or out, while the app is in use, to confirm you are at your work site. The app does not track your location in the background or at any other time. We record the coordinates, their accuracy, and whether the device reported a mock location.
• Device identifier: the device ID (Android ID or iOS identifier for vendor), device model and operating system, used to bind an employee account to a single device and prevent check-ins on someone else's behalf.
• Attendance records: time, work site and record type (check-in or check-out).
• Camera and NFC: the camera is used only to scan the work site's QR code, and NFC only to read the site tag. No photos are stored or uploaded.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
• The app contains no ads, trackers or third-party analytics.
• We do not access your contacts, photos or files.

How we use data

Data is used only to record attendance, verify records (location and device), and let your employer manage attendance and reports. Your data is visible to the employer that created your account.

Storage and security

Data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on secured servers in Europe. When offline, the app may temporarily keep attendance records on your device and send them once the connection returns.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as your employer uses the system, or as required by law. You can request deletion of your account and data on the account deletion page, or through your employer.

Children

The app is intended for employees and is not directed at children under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any change will be posted on this page with the update date.
